Dr. Quintarrius Shakir is founder and CEO of the multimedia conglomerate Black Spectrum Network. He is initiated as a houngan (priest) in Haitian Vodou and is the founder of The House of Bawon, a temple for Haitian Vodou in Atlanta, Georgia.
